About Us

 Jason S. Buckingham (that’s me) is a California licensed attorney who helps people with estate planning.

I started my career in real estate transactions back in 1993, starting with foreclosure issues, followed by several years focused on commercial real estate transactions. Often, real estate and estate planning issues go hand in hand, so I have offered estate planning services since 2005, when I became a lawyer.

I graduated from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, Cum Laude, in December 2004. I was admitted to practice law in the State of California in May 2005, and to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of California in February 2009 and the Northern District of California in March 2009. I am also a California licensed real estate broker.

I am a member of the California State Bar and the Federal Bars of the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Samantha L. Buckingham (my wife) is a Certified Paralegal and Notary Public who has worked with me since December 2005. Samantha received her Paralegal Certificate from California State University Monterey Bay in June 2007. In addition to her paralegal experience, Samantha has worked in the fields of banking, internet services, and public entity risk management.
